Responsibilities |

Responsible for emergency repairs and fault analysis, guiding maintenance workers to complete the inspection and repair of mechanical equipment. 9. Responsible for the file management of company equipment and other tasks assigned by desirable. |

Requirements |
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing or related fields. 2. Familiar with the basic principles and processes of automated equipment. 3. 1. Formulate maintenance work plans, develop weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance calendars, and establish inspection and preventive plans. 2. Responsible for the repair of company equipment and facilities, promptly and effectively diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults. 3. Ensure equipment reliability meets standards, and work with equipment and equipment managers to reduce equipment failure rates to ensure production capacity is met. 4. Responsible for compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation, maintenance, and upkeep, and train frontline operators on handling common equipment malfunctions. 5. Manage the daily consumption of production equipment parts and spares, tools, establish and maintain equipment records, keep accounts up to date, and accurately track the shortage of equipment parts and the statistics of non-conforming goods (NG). |

Requirements |
1. College degree or above, electrical automation and other related majors; 2. Familiar with the electrical principles and maintenance of automation equipment and CNC equipment; 3. Familiar with the programming of PLCs such as Mitsubishi and Siemens, and skilled in the preparation of touch screen programs; 4. More than 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance; 5. Responsible, strong adaptability, and good team spirit. |

1. Participate in the early-stage quality planning of new projects, formulate, implement, and maintain quality control plans at various stages to ensure the quality of products or services; regularly and irregularly assess process capability as required and take corresponding countermeasures. 2. Develop, execute, and supervise inspection and testing procedures to ensure products meet quality standards, participate in the planning and acceptance of equipment and tooling; compile product measurement plans and measurement tool plans for project stages; conduct measurement system analysis and verification, and align with the measurement systems of clients. 3. Responsible for customer mass approval and on-site audits, participate in PFMEA analysis, and lead the preparation of PPAP documents. 4. Collect, analyze, and report data related to product or service quality, identify issues, and propose improvement suggestions. 5. Participate in internal project stage system and product/process audits, participate in second-party and third-party audits; audit production processes and documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements and regulations. 6. Organize the resolution of internal quality-related issues, track the root causes of problems, and take corrective actions. 7. Lead the response to customer feedback on mass-produced products and close corrective and preventive actions. 8. Evaluate and supervise the quality of suppliers to ensure the stability of the supply chain. 9. Train employees to understand quality standards and processes, and provide necessary training support. |

Requirements |
1. College degree or above, with training in quality systems and quality management. 2. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D and the seven QC tools, and knowledgeable in the five core tools (APQP/MSA/SPC/FMEA/PPAP). 3. Work experience: Possessing 3 or more years of relevant work experience in quality management. |

Responsible for maintaining and updating the "Quality Manual" and reputable the training and assessment of relevant quality system content within the company. 5. Responsible for the audit preparation work for potential supplier audits. 6. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the validity of all system certificates and ensuring the closure of issues identified during external supervisory audits. 7. Responsible for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of management reviews at various stages within the company. |

1. College degree or above, with training in quality systems and quality management. 2. Possessing more than 3 years of experience in implementing quality systems, proficient in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management system standards. 3. Familiar with the development processes in the automotive industry. 4. Proficient in quality management methods and the application of quality tools, with internal auditor qualifications. 5. Strong written communication skills, capable of drafting and compiling system documents, and having a certain level of English communication skills is preferred. |
